About the role
Process bi-weekly payrolls ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states. Support payroll operations, reporting, audits, and employee inquiries in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
• Process full-cycle multi-state payroll using Workday Payroll. • Ensure payroll transactions comply with laws and regulations. • Maintain payroll records and process salary changes. • Manage payroll deductions and tax administration. • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 5 years payroll experience in multi-state environment. • Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance. • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
