About the role
Serve as strategic people advisor to business leaders, owning people strategy and workforce planning. Partner with stakeholders to drive talent, engagement, and organizational change.
What you’ll do
• Design and execute talent strategies and workforce planning. • Advise leaders on team design and people decisions. • Lead change management and organizational agility initiatives. • Run talent calibration and promotion reviews. • Manage employee relations and investigations.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years HR experience, 2+ as HR Business Partner. • Experience in workforce planning and succession planning. • Ability to advise executives and managers. • Skilled in change management and talent calibration. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
