About the role
Provide full generalist HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training, IR, and HR administration. May manage a People Coordinator.
What you’ll do
• Address performance problems through counselling or corrective action. • Manage training and development within business units. • Handle recruitment, selection and onboarding processes. • Ensure accurate payroll documentation is sent to Payroll. • Coordinate HR scorecard components and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Working knowledge of Google workspace. • 3-4 years HR experience in retail/FMCG. • Time management and process management skills. • HR Degree or Higher Diploma in HR. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
