About the role
Lead People Services in a new People and Culture function, managing services, policy, and a new cloud People system. Support around 850 staff across multiple units and offices globally.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop People professionals across three sub-functions. • Own People Services requirements for the PCMS system. • Run employee lifecycle services across all units and offices. • Coordinate People policy lifecycle from review to implementation. • Champion digital self-service and automation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading People service-delivery teams across countries. • Track record managing People-services or shared-services functions. • Strong knowledge of cloud HR systems and PCMS business ownership. • Experience implementing global People policy frameworks. • Attention to detail and knowledge of employment law across jurisdictions.
