About the role
Coordinate and execute store administrative tasks and SAP accounting for manufacturing operations. Manage inventory, financial reporting, and support office clerical roles.
What you’ll do
• Manage store documentation and transmit to Head Office. • Post invoices and inter-store transfers to ERP system. • Supervise stock movement and participate in monthly stock take. • Ensure accuracy of data entry into ERP system. • Handle general store administration and regulatory follow-ups.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role. • Experience in food and beverage service is an advantage. • Membership of hospitality certification is a plus. • Ability to manage inventory and operational reporting.
