About the role
Coordinate and execute store administrative tasks and SAP operations including accounting and stock management in manufacturing.
What you’ll do
• Manage store documentation and transmit to Head Office. • Post invoices and inter-store transfers to ERP system. • Supervise stock movement and participate in monthly stock take. • Ensure daily stock receiving and update stock records. • Maintain store administration and follow up on compliance issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role. • Experience in food and beverage service is an advantage. • Membership of hospitality certification is a plus. • Ability to manage inventory and operational reporting.
