About the role
Supervise daily piling activities, coordinate site personnel and equipment, and ensure safe construction work. Serve as the link between site workers and engineering management to achieve daily targets.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate drilling, casing, reinforcement, and concrete placement. • Monitor workforce attendance and productivity. • Report shortages affecting production. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Prepare daily reports and communicate progress.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum five years' experience in piling or foundation construction. • Relevant technical or trade qualification preferred. • Experience supervising site crews and coordinating activities. • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. • Ability to work on remote project sites across Nigeria.
