About the role
Support municipal partners with land-use compliance, zoning review, and development application processing. Flexible hours and remote work for planning professionals.
What you’ll do
• Review zoning applications and site plans for code compliance. • Prepare review comments and recommendations. • Conduct zoning research and code interpretation. • Support development review workflows and customer inquiries. • Coordinate with plan reviewers and jurisdictional stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in planning, zoning, or land-use review. • Strong understanding of zoning ordinances and codes. • Experience reviewing site plans and permits. • Familiarity with GIS tools is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
