About the role
Manage planning, scheduling, and progress control activities for Siemens Energy projects. Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
What you’ll do
• Develop baseline schedule for engineering and construction phases. • Maintain WBS, logic, calendars, and milestones in scheduling tools. • Integrate subcontractor schedules with contractual milestones. • Update progress, durations, productivity, and resources weekly. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts regularly.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 10 years planning experience on industrial or HV substation projects. • Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Knowledge of substation works from civil to commissioning. • Strong CPM, WBS, resource-loading and progress-analysis skills. • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and recovery schedules.
