About the role
Join Vultr as a Platform Engineer to scale and secure the infrastructure powering their global cloud platform. This role requires expertise in Kubernetes, container runtimes, and infrastructure automation.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Go. • Develop core services behind VKE, VLB, VCR, and Inference. • Engage with Kubernetes internals like scheduler and controllers. • Design and improve container runtime integrations. • Architect CI/CD pipelines for large-scale systems.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure. • Strong Kubernetes administration and internals knowledge. • Proficiency in Go and scripting languages. • Deep knowledge of container security and admission control. • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD design.
