About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of a MarTech platform component while remaining hands-on in coding and team leadership. Drive AI-native practices, developer velocity, and production reliability in a global engineering team.
What you’ll do
• Lead delivery of high-impact MarTech/AdTech platform components. • Manage and grow engineering team of 6 to 10 engineers. • Translate architecture and product strategy into engineering plans. • Establish AI repository guardrails and engineering standards. • Drive production excellence and reliability practices globally.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software engineering experience, 2+ years leading engineers. • Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and Rust preferred. • Deep architecture expertise in event-driven and distributed systems. • Strong DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code mastery. • Experience with AI-enabled engineering and team leadership.
