About the role
Manage initiative intake, maintain portfolio records, and produce reporting for leadership decisions. Track dependencies, surface risks, and prepare governance materials.
What you’ll do
• Administer intake for initiative requests. • Build and maintain portfolio reporting layer. • Produce executive-ready analysis and KPI reporting. • Maintain initiative inventory and risk logs. • Prepare agendas and status packets for governance forums.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in program/project coordination or analyst role. • Experience building status/performance reports. • Hands-on with project management tools. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Experience tracking risks and dependencies.
