About the role
Support the lead PM with day-to-day delivery management for OneStream implementation. Help execute PMO processes and improve delivery visibility across teams.
What you’ll do
• Prepare weekly status reports and governance materials. • Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and PMO artifacts. • Collect status inputs for integrated project reporting. • Schedule meetings and track follow-up actions. • Monitor milestones and governance deadlines.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in PMO or project controls in federal environment. • Familiarity with PMO artifacts and reporting. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams. • Proficiency with project scheduling and collaboration tools.
