About the role
Manage and grow a portfolio of inactive and underutilised merchants by reactivating accounts and increasing credit facility utilisation. Build sustainable merchant relationships and resolve customer challenges to drive portfolio growth.
What you’ll do
• Manage inactive, dormant, and growth-potential merchant accounts. • Identify reasons for inactivity and develop reactivation strategies. • Drive first and repeat drawdowns of credit facilities. • Build strong merchant relationships via communication and field visits. • Work with teams to resolve KYC, documentation, and repayment issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 3+ years in relationship management or financial services. • Good understanding of merchant businesses and repayment management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and performance tracking tools.
