About the role
Manage and ensure success of Pie Production Units in the South South area. Lead operations, sales, and staff development to meet performance targets.
What you’ll do
• Plan and monitor operational strategy for the area. • Set goals and oversee PPU efficiency and KPIs. • Drive sales and manage financial performance. • Ensure compliance with policies and food safety standards. • Manage staff training, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Food Science or related field. • Minimum 5 years in similar role in QSR/FMCG. • Relevant Food, Health and Safety certifications. • Strong leadership and operational management skills. • Ability to resolve staff and customer issues.
