About the role
Coordinate all precertification aspects for sleep study referrals, working with patients, physicians, and payors. Provide customer service and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in a clinical setting.
What you’ll do
• Verify pre-certification status with third party payers. • Document patient information and medical records. • Coordinate referrals and communicate outcomes. • Clarify orders and request alternative studies. • Maintain accurate patient account data.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Medical terminology knowledge preferred. • Excellent organization and communication skills. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
