About the role
Drive technical wins and design scalable customer engagement solutions using Twilio's API platform. Act as trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise prospects.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise sales executives. • Design scalable, secure communication workflows using Twilio APIs. • Develop and deliver technical demos and proofs-of-concept. • Mitigate technical risks and provide guidance on security and integration. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on market feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture. • Proficiency in one programming language and RESTful API integration. • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Curious and willing to work with ambiguity.
