About the role
Join Ada's North American Solutions Consulting team as a Presales Consultant to lead technical discovery and demos for AI customer service solutions. Design automation-first solutions and influence product development with client insights.
What you’ll do
• Take technical ownership of assigned Account Managers and Executives. • Run discovery calls with customer service leaders. • Build custom demos across chat, email, and voice. • Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept. • Own technical answers to RFPs and security questionnaires.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years in presales or solutions consulting. • Proven track record of winning deals. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and business applications. • Technical proficiency with APIs and SaaS platforms. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
