About the role
Lead the end-to-end process of evaluating, scoping, and onboarding new data sources into H1's platform. Collaborate across teams to define data integration specifications and ensure quality delivery to clients.
What you’ll do
• Lead evaluation of new data sources for schema and fit. • Own field mapping and produce data dictionaries. • Partner with engineering on ingestion and entity resolution. • Gather client requirements and translate into specs. • Lead QA validation and resolve data quality issues.
What you’ll bring
• 8–12+ years in healthcare data roles. • Owned full lifecycle of data integrations. • Healthcare or life sciences domain knowledge. • Analytical fluency with VBA, R, or SPSS. • Familiarity with data lake architectures and AWS.
