About the role
Lead design for test architecture for the TeraWave System on Chip program. Define test strategy, implement test infrastructure, and deliver test vectors for silicon qualification.
What you’ll do
• Define DFT architecture and test strategy for large SOC designs. • Author DFT specifications for scan, compression, boundary scan. • Implement scan chain insertion and on chip compression logic. • Design built in self test infrastructure for memories and logic. • Generate and validate DFT vectors for silicon bring up and production.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering. • 10+ years in design for test for complex digital SOCs. • Experience defining DFT architecture and specifications. • Experience with DC and AC scan design and memory BIST. • Experience generating ATPG patterns and debugging ATE patterns.
