About the role
Lead the technical direction for data platform architecture impacting millions of patients. Define and oversee data ingestion, streaming, transformation, and serving as a unified system.
What you’ll do
• Define multi-year platform architecture and technology choices. • Decide streaming platform scope and operational impact. • Set data contracts and service boundaries across teams. • Define trustworthy data standards and accountability. • Chair architecture review and approve cross-team changes.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in data platform architecture. • Experience setting technical direction without direct reports. • Deep expertise in GCP, BigQuery, and AWS. • Knowledge of modern data stack tools and event streaming. • Strong Python and SQL skills with infrastructure as code experience.
