About the role
Lead global healthcare packaging design programs and establish frameworks for future program management. Drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions.
What you’ll do
• Define global design operation standards and frameworks. • Lead end-to-end packaging programs across AU, CAN, and UK. • Develop compliance checkpoints for healthcare packaging. • Partner with designers to protect creative intent. • Build prioritization frameworks and capacity dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10+ years in design program management or creative operations. • Experience in healthcare or regulated packaging environments. • Proven process-building and organizational influence. • Cross-disciplinary fluency in packaging design. • Proficiency with PM tools like Asana and Airtable.
