About the role
Lead technical direction and build the GitLab Duo Agent Platform for AI agent orchestration across software lifecycle. Ensure platform reliability, governance, and performance for multi-tenant deployments.
What you’ll do
• Define technical direction for Duo Agent Platform. • Build reliable orchestration layer for agents and flows. • Participate in incident management on-call rotation. • Write design documents and architecture narratives. • Mentor senior engineers and collaborate cross-team.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • 3+ years senior technical leadership. • Experience with large language models and AI agents. • Strong background in distributed systems. • Excellent communication and remote work skills.
