About the role
Lead new product transfers and ensure smooth high volume manufacturing operations. Analyze data correlations and support product performance improvements.
What you’ll do
• Handle DET measurements from NPI and Development. • Transfer new test modules from US and China. • Monitor DET results and advise sputter process tuning. • Plan resource and tester capacity for production. • Prepare and present EVT package for HDD team agreement.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. • 4-5 years in manufacturing environment of Slider-HGA/Media/HDD. • Knowledge in magnetic recording. • Experience in component vs HDD correlation analysis. • Skills in gauge study and statistical analysis.
