About the role
Lead propulsion test engineering teams and own technical direction of major motor programs. Drive improvements in test strategy, process, and safety governance.
What you’ll do
• Direct team of 3–8 propulsion test engineers. • Own test strategy and resource allocation. • Represent test engineering in reviews and briefings. • Improve test procedures and safety frameworks. • Lead investigations for anomalous test events.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 10 years experience. • Prior technical or team lead role in propulsion or test engineering. • Experience with at least two motor classes. • Familiarity with DoD acquisition and safety regulations. • Active DoD Secret clearance required.
