About the role
Lead the evaluation methodology for AI agents and integrate research into G2's products. Mentor teams and set research agendas to improve AI agent testing standards.
What you’ll do
• Own evaluation methodology and defend it internally and externally. • Collaborate with engineers and product managers on product features. • Design realistic evaluation environments and task sets. • Develop accurate, reproducible scoring and validation methods. • Mentor researchers and manage evaluation standards.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years building or evaluating ML systems with LLM experience. • 2+ years managing small to medium teams preferred. • Graduate degree or equivalent applied research experience. • Track record of original ML ideas and product shipping. • Strong statistical judgment and clear communication skills.
