About the role
Lead the technical architecture for AI systems in Salesloft's Predictive Revenue System. Build reliable, scalable AI production capabilities for enterprise revenue teams.
What you’ll do
• Set technical architecture for AI systems and infrastructure. • Design reliable systems on non-deterministic AI components. • Architect evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI behavior. • Lead complex AI engineering problems end to end. • Establish engineering standards and mentor senior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Experience architecting production AI systems at scale. • Hands-on with LLMs and machine learning model deployment. • Expertise in distributed systems and model serving. • Proven design of AI evaluation and quality systems. • Strong programming and cloud infrastructure skills.
