About the role
Lead technical efforts for rack-scale system software with cloud service providers. Ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and operation at fleet scale.
What you’ll do
• Drive rack-scale SW/FW architecture alignment across CSP engagements. • Lead technical work streams with CSP engineering teams. • Capture and synthesize CSP feedback on system software. • Collaborate with teams to reflect customer operational requirements. • Identify cross-CSP patterns and improve documentation and tooling.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in system software or distributed systems engineering. • Deep understanding of rack-scale system software challenges. • Experience with fabric management and firmware lifecycle. • Knowledge of error handling and recovery design patterns. • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
