About the role
Lead development and delivery of AI-driven productivity tools and support agents within Salesforce's internal systems. Drive operational excellence and platform innovation to empower internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Develop and deliver Agentforce environment and ADLC. • Build foundational components of generic support agent. • Work with internal builders and customers for product success. • Support pipelines with iADLC and absorb key enablement work.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years professional software development experience. • Experience with Java, C# or other OOP languages. • Strong understanding of RESTful services and AWS deployments. • Knowledge of design patterns and software testing. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
