About the role
Support development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from development through production scale-up.
What you’ll do
• Contribute across all process lifecycle phases. • Design and implement manufacturing processes and tooling. • Support transition from pilot to full production. • Apply continuous improvement methodologies. • Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering or 7 years experience. • Experience in process development and scale-up. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent. • Strong communication skills for technical documentation. • Ability to analyze process data and solve problems.
