About the role
Manage Geounit Business Line sales and commercial teams to drive customer success and revenue growth. Develop strategic customer relationships and ensure adoption of sales and commercial processes.
What you’ll do
• Support staffing of Geounit sales and commercial teams. • Ensure adherence to Go To Market plans. • Manage commercial drivers and strategic planning. • Review and negotiate tenders. • Coach sales teams on opportunity strategy.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in Oil & Gas sales and commercial management. • Engineering Degree in Chemical or Petroleum. • Expertise in Opportunity Management and Tender Negotiation. • Proven leadership in sales and commercial teams. • Must have completed NYSC.
