About the role
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and coordinating supply of quality foodstuffs for restaurants and consumers. Ensures cost savings without compromising quality, safety, or supply continuity.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies. • Negotiate prices and supplier terms. • Maintain supplier database and performance records. • Coordinate inventory management and stock control. • Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 4-6 years procurement experience in FMCG or related sector. • HND or Bachelor's in relevant field. • Strong negotiation and contract skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian foodstuff markets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software.
