About the role
Manage procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and inventory planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and support sales and logistics coordination.
What you’ll do
• Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders. • Follow up with distributors on order acknowledgements and delivery. • Resolve order issues like delays and shortages. • Coordinate shipping, clearing, and delivery with logistics partners. • Prepare procurement reports regularly.
What you’ll bring
• HND or BSc in relevant field. • 2-4 years procurement experience, preferably B2B sales. • Experience with customs clearance and foreign suppliers. • Strong Excel skills and good record-keeping. • Clear written English and organized work style.
