About the role
Manage procurement processes ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory for production. Coordinate material movements and maintain compliance with company policies.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and process purchase orders per approved requirements. • Verify material specs, quantities, prices, and delivery timelines. • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries. • Maintain accurate inventory and reconcile with ERP records. • Coordinate internal material movements and dispatch logistics.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field. • 2-3 years experience in procurement or supply chain operations. • Experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
