About the role
Support indirect procurement during business growth by managing procurement processes and vendor coordination. Ensure process consistency and documentation accuracy.
What you’ll do
• Manage Zip procurement queue and maintain request status. • Review completeness and validate procurement requests. • Coordinate vendor onboarding and contract signatures. • Maintain procurement records and support invoice reconciliation. • Prepare and distribute procurement dashboards and reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in procurement operations or related field. • Experience managing high-volume operational queues. • Knowledge of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor onboarding. • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and discretion handling sensitive info.
