About the role
Lead data-driven decision-making through behavioral analytics, hypothesis testing, and user insights. Build analytics frameworks and mentor analysts to foster a strong data culture.
What you’ll do
• Drive behavioral analytics and translate metrics into action. • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and feature rollouts. • Set company-wide standards for feature launch assessments. • Mentor Junior and Mid-level Product Analysts. • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced SQL queries, optimization, and data modeling. • Strong stats foundation including hypothesis testing. • Hands-on A/B testing experience. • Deep knowledge of product metrics and behavioral analytics. • Experience with BI tools and Python for analysis.
