About the role
This role links clients and development teams to define and translate project requirements into software solutions. It involves project planning, scope management, and communication with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Assist in incident diagnosis and resolution. • Document system content for organizational learning. • Execute test scripts and support quality assurance. • Communicate updates in cross-functional meetings. • Create training materials and FAQs.
What you’ll bring
• Certification in IT or software business analysis. • Knowledge of insurance or accounting is a plus. • Experience with TurnQuest Insurance Suite is advantageous. • Degree in IT, computer science, B-Com or similar. • Understanding of software development methodologies.
