About the role
The Product Designer creates end-to-end digital experiences supporting participants, members, and internal teams. They translate complex health and research needs into clear, accessible product designs.
What you’ll do
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma. • Apply and contribute to the living design system. • Understand product areas, user needs, and business goals. • Support product discovery and design validation. • Monitor and improve product experience quality.
What you’ll bring
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product or UX/UI design work. • Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools. • Experience designing complex digital workflows. • Knowledge of accessibility principles. • Ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
