About the role
Manage the anti-fraud product roadmap to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse across the customer lifecycle. Balance stopping bad actors with minimizing friction for legitimate customers.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end anti-fraud product roadmap. • Manage rules and risk-scoring tooling for analysts and data scientists. • Oversee manual review and case management for Trust & Safety. • Design customer-facing verification and appeal flows. • Identify and respond to fraud incidents early.
What you’ll bring
• Proven product management in fraud, risk, or payments. • Strong analytical skills with data and SQL. • Decision-making under ambiguity balancing security and experience. • Collaborate with engineering and data science. • Knowledge of payment fraud, KYC/AML, device/network signals.
