About the role
Lead growth for a core product area, embedding growth strategies from day one. Collaborate across teams to design and scale growth-led product experiences.
What you’ll do
• Own growth end to end: acquisition, activation, adoption, retention. • Partner with product PMs and engineers on growth integration. • Design discovery-led acquisition loops and user experiences. • Rally teams around measurable growth outcomes. • Work across engineering, marketing, and GTM on funnel thinking.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Product Manager with Growth exposure. • Demonstrable AI-native product experience. • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • Strong communication and credibility building skills. • Technical fluency to partner with engineering.
