About the role
Provide Tier 2 support for Optain's robotic retinal camera and software. Troubleshoot hardware-software issues and support customer success and product teams.
What you’ll do
• Serve as Tier 2 support for escalated device feedback and complaints. • Document and route device feedback per quality management system. • Support Customer Success with product and onboarding questions. • Own internal operations and projects for product team. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Success teams.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in technical or product support for medical devices. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware-software boundary issues. • Familiarity with quality management and complaint handling. • Strong written communication and training skills. • Experience in operational initiative and project ownership.
