About the role
Provide front-line support for ERP and SIS applications in higher education. Troubleshoot client issues and manage cases end-to-end using ServiceNow.
What you’ll do
• Support ERP and SIS applications functionally and technically. • Troubleshoot finance, HR, procurement, CRM, BI modules. • Manage client cases using ServiceNow. • Collaborate with clients via calls and written communication. • Participate in 24/7 support rotation for global clients.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years supporting ERP and/or SIS in on-prem and SaaS. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments. • Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, networking, and cloud concepts.
