About the role
Investigate and resolve product issues, triage tickets, and communicate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Focus on inbound EDI monitoring and troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
• Work assigned tickets in JIRA and maintain quality. • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams. • Assess and implement customer change requests. • Monitor inbound EDI files and troubleshoot errors. • Coordinate SFTP setup and test files for production.
What you’ll bring
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in EDI or related technical roles. • Understanding of EDI standards and file types. • Familiarity with SFTP and file-based integrations. • Proficiency with JIRA, Salesforce, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
