About the role
Manage daily operations, cash reconciliation, stock levels, and customer service at ice cream outlets. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and efficient service.
What you’ll do
• Reconcile daily cash and POS transactions. • Manage stock levels against sales. • Monitor freezer temperatures and product transfers. • Schedule and train cashiers and scoopers. • Oversee opening/closing and cleanliness standards.
What you’ll bring
• Manage time and commute between outlets. • HND/B.Sc./B.Tech in related field. • 2+ years supervisor experience in QSR or retail. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proficient in cash reconciliation and POS systems.
