About the role
The Production Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises daily manufacturing activities to ensure optimal machine performance, efficient workforce use, consistent product quality, and timely production target completion.
What you’ll do
• Plan and oversee daily production activities. • Supervise production personnel across units. • Develop production schedules per orders and resources. • Monitor machine operation and address inefficiencies. • Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in relevant engineering field. • 5 years plastic manufacturing experience. • 3 years supervisory or managerial role. • Knowledge of injection and blow moulding. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
