About the role
Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Oversee teams, schedules, equipment, materials, and quality while ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Plan and oversee daily production activities and schedules. • Supervise production supervisors and team leaders. • Monitor and optimize production equipment usage. • Control raw materials and collaborate with Quality Control. • Ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in plastic manufacturing, 3+ in supervisory role. • Bachelor's or HND in relevant engineering discipline. • Knowledge of injection and blow moulding techniques. • Experience in production planning and quality assurance. • Strong leadership and communication skills, willing to relocate to Onitsha.
