About the role
Plan, supervise, and control daily mayonnaise production to meet output, quality, safety, yield, and cost targets.
What you’ll do
• Execute daily production plan for mayonnaise line. • Meet targets for output, yield, and efficiency. • Monitor process parameters and take corrective action. • Enforce GMP, HACCP, and hygiene rules. • Supervise line operators and helpers.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in food or FMCG production role. • B.Sc. or HND in related field. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, NAFDAC. • Experience supervising production line. • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
