About the role
Oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing ensuring efficient production, quality, and regulatory compliance. Supervise production staff and coordinate with departments to maintain operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate production and quality records. • Train and supervise production staff on GMP and safety. • Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs. • Support audits and regulatory inspections. • Identify process improvements and ensure GMP compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in production supervision and batch manufacturing. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. • Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations. • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
