About the role
The Production Support Analyst ensures reliable operation of the member scheduling and access platform. They monitor platform health, manage Tier 2 incidents, and collaborate with engineering and partners to resolve issues.
What you’ll do
• Monitor platform availability and integration feeds. • Own Tier 2 incident intake, triage, and diagnosis. • Resolve scheduling data errors using SQL and approved tools. • Serve as first contact for partner integration issues. • Validate releases and run smoke tests with QA.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years technical support experience. • 1+ year writing SQL queries. • Experience with incident management tools. • Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling. • Understanding of API and system integration.
