About the role
Manage customer engagements to accelerate software delivery transformation using Harness platform. Serve as a trusted advisor bridging Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams.
What you’ll do
• Partner with customers to understand business and technical goals. • Lead discovery workshops and solution discussions. • Develop and present service proposals and Statements of Work. • Collaborate with Sales and delivery teams for successful execution. • Support commercial sales process and mitigate risks.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in technical sales or professional services roles. • 5+ years managing software engineering or DevOps teams. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native technologies. • Experience scoping technical engagements and writing SOWs. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
